I’ve bought MANY cars in my lifetime but NEVER have I EVER had the experience we got from Harry and Heather. They were closed and had a sign on the door. I called them to ask about a vehicle. He told me he would be there in 10 minutes. Not only were they kind, sweet and amazing they took their time to answer all questions and make the sale but they chose to give up their Saturday afternoon. THANK YOU for my jeep!!! We bought our daughter’s first car from Harry and his wife, and have had the best experience you could ask for! I've been search for a vehicle for 3 months , with everyone telling me NO. NEXT OWNER AUTO, kept showing up on my search, so on Friday I decided to reach outto Heather, and she sent the credit app over to me. I wasn't expecting a call back, because everyone had told me No!!. But I got more than a call back, less than a hour later. Heather told me everything to bring to the dealership, I was like, did I get approved? I was so excited. Saturday I went to the dealership, Heather had all my paperwork ready to sign, car pulled out front, and keys on her desk., completed in 2 hours. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Prius IV from Next Owner Automotive. Working with Heather was easy. She answered all of my questions, sent additional pictures and videos of the vehicle and even made a test drive video for me since I live 2 1/2 hours away. The vehicle was delivered to my house with all the paperwork I needed to take with me for the registration. I love my “new” car and will definitely recommend Next Owner Automotive for any used car needs!

Heather was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I needed a vehicle on short notice and saw an out of state listing for a car at Next Owner automotive. We had never purchased out of state from a dealership before but Heather was so patient and walked us through everything !
